I missed lot of recipes since the begining of the Baking with Julia's adventures, so I try to catch up my delay, and I have a large choice!!!!
And.........I made BAGELS!!!!! The famous American bagels!!!! And it was so good!!!!! I followed the recipe, step by step, and I was not disappointed, my bagels turned well.
In France they are not very popular, and I never ate it before, so made it was kind of challenge. I don’t have some comparison but I really like the result, the taste and the texture.
I chose to add a mix of seeds in my dough (sesame/linen and poppy seeds) and sprinkled with just sesame seeds.
